What it is
A clinical-notes product Haven Command built for licensed therapists. The clinician records a session in the browser, reviews a transcript, and leaves with a formatted note they can paste into their EHR. The public product is at therascribe.online.
The problem
Charting eats the evening. Generic speech tools stumble on clinical language. Stored recordings create a liability the practice did not ask for. A note that takes as long to clean up as it did to write is not a workflow.
What Haven Command built
A session-to-note loop with medical-grade transcription, speaker labels, confidence flagging, and SOAP / DAP / BIRP output. Session content is not kept: audio is discarded after transcription; transcripts are discarded after the note. That constraint is the product as much as the note is.

What was hard — at the product level
The note has to be usable, and the session cannot become a dataset we keep. Those two constraints pull in opposite directions. TheraScribe is evidence we will design the workflow around the constraint instead of waving at compliance. This page is not a HIPAA legal opinion and not an architecture walkthrough.
