Haven Command LLC ("Haven Command," "we," "us," or "our") operates havencommand.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, how we use it, who we disclose it to, and how we protect it.
Information We Collect
havencommand.com itself does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts, and does not require you to create an account to browse the site.
The information we collect is what you choose to send us:
- The Start a Project form: name, email, company or project name, what you are trying to build, the problem you are trying to solve, and an optional qualitative budget range.
- The Careers application form: name, phone number, email address, and a written description of your experience.
How We Use It
Project inquiries are used to evaluate whether a build is a fit and to reply to you. Career submissions are used solely to evaluate an internship or role. We do not use either for marketing lists, do not sell the information, and do not share it with any third party for their own purposes.
How the Forms Work
Both forms open your own email client to contact@havencommand.com. They do not pass through a Haven Command form backend or get stored in a database on this site. Transit security depends on the email providers involved (yours and ours), which generally use TLS in transit. If you prefer not to use email, write us at the address above and we will arrange another method.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not disclose it to any third party except where required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request).
Our Products
Haven Command LLC also builds and operates separate products, including D4 Chess Club™, ScriptForge AI, AutoSocial, TheraScribe, and Emoji Isle. Those products have their own accounts, data practices, and privacy policies, linked from within each product — this policy covers havencommand.com only.
Children's Privacy
havencommand.com is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change how we collect or handle information on this site, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
