Haven Command LLC ("Haven Command," "we," "us," or "our") operates havencommand.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, how we use it, who we disclose it to, and how we protect it.
havencommand.com itself does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts, and does not require you to create an account to browse the site.
The only information we collect is what you choose to submit through the Careers application form: your name, phone number, email address, a written description of your experience, and an uploaded resume file.
Information submitted through the Careers form is used solely to evaluate your application for an internship or role at Haven Command LLC and to respond to you about it. We do not use it for marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it with any third party for their own purposes.
The Careers form submits directly through your own email client to contact@havencommand.com — it does not pass through a Haven Command server or get stored in a database on our end. That means your application is only accessible to Haven Command LLC personnel with access to that inbox, and its transit security depends on the email providers involved (yours and ours), which generally use TLS encryption in transit, consistent with standard email security practices. If you'd prefer not to send your resume by email, contact us at the address above and we'll arrange another method.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not disclose it to any third party except where required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request).
Haven Command LLC also builds and operates separate products, including D4 Chess Club™ and ScriptForge AI. Those products have their own accounts, data practices, and privacy policies, linked from within each product — this policy covers havencommand.com only.
havencommand.com is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we change how we collect or handle information on this site, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
