Something that runs on one laptop. “It works” means their machine. A repo is handed over, or it is “deployed,” and the person who paid inherits a black screen. Nobody owns the week after.

The sentence is already known: “They built a PoC we can’t run in our stack.” The model never got a chance. The product never became itself.

Locally, AutoSocial loaded. In production it was a black screen. No useful error for the person who paid. The app “was deployed.” It was unusable.
